It showcases all the classic Guatemalan attributes and brews a super crisp and clean espresso.
ROASTER'S NOTES
Coffee growing in Nuevo Oriente only started in the 1950s. Which is relatively late, when compared to other regions in the country. Today, virtually every farm on the mountain has become a coffee-producing unit. The rise of specialty coffee has led to a focus on quality and distinct flavour profiles in Guatemalan coffee and, what was once one of the poorest and most isolated areas of Guatemala, is now a vibrant and growing region.
